Marketing your Property - Social Media

You have decided to sell your property - It is extremely important, in this day and age, that the Realtor® you select to list your property for you on MLS® is internet/technically savvy and a prolific user of Social Media. Ignoring this advice could see your listing languishing on MLS for many weeks.

Your selected realtor MUST use some or all of the following Social Media services to actively promote your listing!

My Twitter account       

I have a sales and I.T./Computer consultancy background and rely on this skill set to promote my clients property listings. I am a heavy user of Twitter and Instagram. As such, I was not too surprised that a property that I listed for a client in the Grace Residences, Yaletown sold to a international Twitter follower of mine, after having seen my listing promotion on Twitter.

When listing your property with me, most properties will have a custom website, specifically for the property in question, along with its own domain name. The listing will be heavily promoted on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Of course, high quality photographs will be taken and presented in an eye-catching way. Accurate floor plans will add to the complete presentation of your property. Aerial videography will also be used where applicable and legally allowed. All strata documentation, if applicable, will be available for interested parties from the first day of your listing.
